Do I get free International delivery?
Yes, we offer free international delivery for all our products to Asia, US, Canada, Australia and Europe. For countries outside these regions, please contact us before you place an order and we will get back to you with a quote for the shipping cost. 
When will my order be dispatched?
If we receive your order before 2 pm Hong Kong time (GMT+8), we will dispatch it the same day. If it is received after 2 pm, we will dispatch it the next business day. If we have run out of stock and cannot get any within 3 working days, we will inform you by email to either present your options, or cancel your order and offer you a refund.  
What service do you use to post your products?
We use Hong Kong Speedpost, Hong Kong’s international courier service.  
Am I responsible for import taxes, customs duties and tariffs when importing kiteboarding equipment into my country?
Yes, you are responsible but if you have any instructions for us regarding the pro forma invoice and declaration, please contact us when you make an order. Our prices do not include customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs. The Kiteboarding Outlet has no control over these fees and does not collect any money from them.  For more information on our policies regarding this, please consult our Terms & Conditions.  
Can I return goods I bought from The Kiteboarding Outlet?
We have a Satisfaction Guarantee, and would be happy to take back unused items (at your expense) provided you do so within 14 days of receipt.
What if my package is returned, refused, lost, or seized?
We strongly encourage you to contact your customs office or other appropriate authority before you place an order to familiarize yourself with any regulations or restrictions that may apply. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties or your delivery being delayed, or returned to us. Before you make a purchase, please read our disclaimer in the Terms & Conditions.
